The watercolor-style fabric print is an original design by HoshibakoWorks. The soft pastel colors and cute design lines create a girlish style, and the puff sleeves are like ocean bubbles. The front of the dress is decorated with wavy pintucks and adorable ribbon bows. 

This dress can be worn with or without the waist belt, according to your mood! Wear it loose for a wide fit, or tied for a cinched silhouette.
