White Scalloped Circle Skirt with Bows

A cute circle skirt with soft pastel colors, dainty bow details, and plenty of fabric that's perfect for twirling! The top layer is printed cotton with a scalloped, lacy hemline. Each point of the scallop is decorated with a handmade bow! Beneath this upper layer, the skirt lining is made of white rayon-poly blend for a sleek and soft feel. This is layered with rows of blue ruffles which provide shape and volume, almost like a built-in petticoat. The bottom row of blue lace peeks out beneath the white skirt as a contrast detail.

This item was featured in our fashion show at the Noisy Waters Mural Festival!

This item is made from secondhand materials, which may have small imperfections or signs of previous use. We believe these imperfections add their own charm, as well as telling the visual story of the garment. All used materials are cleaned and repaired before being recycled in new designs.
